Many activities related to GIE took place during Digestive Disease Week this year in Washington, DC.

Twenty-one author interviews were taped on Monday. New author interviews filmed at DDW will be featured in upcoming issues of the Journal. Thank you to all of our interviewers and authors who participated!

Be sure to read the 2015 DDW abstracts published in GIE, available online only! Download the abstract issue through July 2015.

Editor-In-Chief Mike Wallace and Managing Editor Deborah Bowman led a special session Getting Your Paper Published:  Tips and Tricks From the Editors of GIE on Tuesday.

Congratulations to this year’s Reviewer Award Winners! Thirty-five GIE reviewers were recognized for their superior contributions to GIE, both through completing high numbers of reviews and for submitting the highest quality of work.

Thank you for donating your time and energy to the peer-review process. Your efforts help to make GIE a success.

This year’s winners were recognized at the GIE Editors’ Reception during Digestive Disease Week® 2015.
